Coffin and Casket Lowering Device

This lowering device is a precision piece of engineering, specifically designed for the task of lowering
coffins and caskets. The design allows a smooth and silent lowering action without the need for any
external power supply.

All load bearing parts are made of high tensile steel with a total of 14 ball-bearing to ensure noiseless,
 gentle lowering.  The detachable straps are made of 4" wide cotton webbing with 4000lbs breaking strain.

A control lever is used to apply a braking action to the internal mechanism, which on release, lowers
the coffin at a controlled speed under its own weight.
